Michael should of got them printed in the UK

Oh dear oh dear, Mr Eavis, if there was ever more a reason to use a UK printer of your tickets, this is it.

For the 2009 allocation of Glastonbury, the foreign printing company contracted to print the tickets have made a spelling error.

Plus, the error only came to light once the tickets had been mailed to eager festival goers.

The error came to light after tens of thousands of worried ticket buyers received their tickets believing they were counterfeit.  The blunder is believed to have stemmed from the pronounciation of Glastonbury as the printing company is based in the USA.

Emily Eavis, daughter of Glastonbury Festival founder Michael gave the following statement; "In all the years we've put on this event, we've never experienced a blip like this. We're currently deciding whether to keep the tickets valid or to have them reprinted by a company who can actually spell."

When asked for comment Michael Eavis replied, "What a balls up." Well, we don't like to rub it in, but if you'd of gone with a company like us, not only would we of proofed before printing, you'd of also of supported a UK based company, who could actually spell!
